Flat & Fast Rural Hall 5K 2026

The race.

The Flat & Fast Rural Hall 5K takes place on Saturday, October 24, 2026, starting at 8:15 AM at Rural Hall Elementary School in Rural Hall, NC. The USATF-certified course is a flat, out-and-back route along Broad Street with gun start and chip timing. Race packets may be picked up Thursday, October 22 from noon to 5 PM or Friday, October 23 from 9 AM to 4 PM at AgSouth Farm Credit, or on race morning beginning at 6:30 AM. Participants receive moisture-wicking race shirts, and age-group medals are awarded to top finishers across 14 age categories. Finish-line refreshments include water, doughnuts, chocolate milk, cookies, fruit, and Gatorade. Event proceeds benefit Rural Hall Elementary School.
