Fleet Feet Fall Classic - Trail October 18th, 2026

The race.

Fleet Feet Chico hosts two trail races on October 18, 2026, at the South Rim Trailhead in Upper Bidwell Park. Runners can choose a half marathon (8:10 a.m. start) featuring 1,600 feet of elevation gain in the first half and a downhill second half, or a 4-mile loop race (8:00 a.m. start) where participants complete as many loops as possible within one-hour intervals over eight hours. The courses use single-track trails beginning on Annie's Trail and include a creek crossing; the half marathon finishes through Yahi and the golf course. Race registration closes online October 16 at 9:00 a.m., with in-person registration available October 16–17 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Fleet Feet Chico. All runners receive a breakfast burrito with registration and 15% off food and drinks at Bidwell Golf Course Bar and Grill post-race. Race proceeds benefit Chico Velo Trailworks and local fire academy cadets.
