Flight 2 Freedom Adventure Tri 2026

The race.

Flight 2 Freedom Adventure Tri takes place August 22, 2026, at Barkcamp State Park in Belmont, Ohio. Participants choose either a kayak-bike-run or swim-bike-run format. The kayak leg covers 1,500 meters (starting at 8:00 a.m.), the swim is 500 meters (8:15 a.m. start), followed by an 8-mile hardpacked trail bike with elevation changes and a 5K trail run finish. Kayakers must provide their own equipment; swimmers may bring goggles only. All participants need a helmeted trail or mountain bike. The top two male and female finishers in each race receive awards. Proceeds benefit the Underground Railroad Museum in Flushing, Ohio.
