Foot It for Felix is a trail race held September 5, 2026, at Felix Neck Wildlife Sanctuary in Edgartown, MA, benefiting Mass Audubon. The event features a 5-kilometer trail course, a half-mile option, and a quarter-mile kids' fun run/walk.
