The race.
The Founding Father's 5K takes place on July 4, 2026, at 8:00 a.m. in Washington, NC. Registration costs $25 through June 12 and $30 from June 13 through race day. All registered participants receive an event t-shirt, with size guarantees for those registered by June 12. Awards are given to top overall male and female finishers, as well as age group winners across categories ranging from 15 and under through 70 and older.
