Fowl Fun Run 5K & 10K 2026

The race.

The Fowl Fun Run offers 5K and 10K distances on flat farm roads in the Skagit Valley. Both races start at 10 a.m. on November 14, 2026, in Mount Vernon, Washington. A free half-mile kids' run for ages 8 and under begins at 9:15 a.m. (registration required by 9 a.m.). All finishers receive medals, and top three male and female finishers in each distance earn additional awards. Packet pickup is available Friday, November 13 from 1–5 p.m. at Skagit Running Company, or on race morning starting at 8:25 a.m. for pre-registered participants. Post-race refreshments and pumpkin pie are provided. The 10K features a "Beat the Turkey" challenge: finish ahead of Tom Turkey, who starts five minutes after the gun, for a special award.
