Franciscan Rhythms Trail 5K Run & Walk 2026

The race.

The Franciscan Rhythms Trail 5K Run & Walk takes place October 3, 2026, at the Franciscan Life Process Center in Lowell, Michigan, benefiting the music therapy scholarship program and land restoration efforts. The 5K run and walk begins at 9:15 a.m., with a children's fun run starting at 9 a.m. The unpaved trail course winds through the 11650 Downes St. NE campus. Registration is $35 online (deadline 5 p.m. Friday, October 3) or $40 same-day from 7:45–8:45 a.m. Participants who register by September 16 receive a race t-shirt. Overall and age-group medals are awarded to top finishers. Water, snacks, and homemade cinnamon rolls are provided after the race. A virtual option is available for those unable to attend in person.
