Freedom From Seizures 5K South takes place October 10, 2026, in Dover, DE, with a 9:00 a.m. start at The Greene Turtle Bar & Grille. The event offers a 5K race, a fun run/walk option, and a virtual 5K entry. Finishers receive medals in overall male/female, masters, and age group categories (9 and under through 70+), plus awards for top individual and team fundraisers.
