Friends of Mae S. Bruce Library Fun Run 2026

The race.

The Friends of Mae S. Bruce Library hosts a fun run and walk in Santa Fe, Texas, on October 17, 2026, with proceeds benefiting the Mae S. Bruce Library. Participants can choose a 1K event starting at 8:00 a.m. or a 5K event starting at 8:30 a.m., both open to all ages. All finishers receive a participation medal, and awards are given to top three male and female finishers in each distance. Runners and walkers are accommodated on the same course with separate lanes. Packet pickup is available Friday, October 16 from noon to 5:30 p.m. at Mae S. Bruce Library, or Saturday morning from 7:00 to 11:00 a.m. at Joe Tambrella Park. Early bird registration until September 17 includes a t-shirt and savings of $5–$10 per entry.
