Frightful 5K & Monster Mile 2026

The race.

The Frightful 5K & Monster Mile takes place October 25, 2026, at East Palestine City Park in Lisbon, OH, benefiting the Brick Pavilion rehabilitation project. Participants choose between a 1-mile run, 5K, or virtual participation. The Monster Mile starts at 8:30 a.m. and the 5K at 9:00 a.m., with packet pickup and race-day registration beginning at 7:30 a.m. at the Community Building. All finishers receive commemorative medals and monster-themed shirts, with the first 200 registrants receiving custom bibs. The 1-mile awards top three overall male and female finishers, while the 5K awards top three overall finishers by gender plus top three by gender in age groups ranging from 14 & Under through 70 & Up. Costume participants compete for prizes.
