The race.
The Giants Foundation 5K presented by Quest takes place November 8, 2026, in East Rutherford, New Jersey. The 5K course starts within the MetLife Sports Complex, loops around the Quest Diagnostics Training Center, and concludes in the Giants end zone at MetLife Stadium. Participants run alongside Giants Legends, team representatives, and other fans while supporting The Giants Foundation. All finishers receive a commemorative performance t-shirt, and age group winners earn custom Giants game balls.
