About the race
The race.
The Gingerbread Lane 5K & 10K takes place December 6, 2026, in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma at Stars & Stripes Park. Runners can choose between a 5K or 10K distance, with youth ages 12 and under receiving discounted entry at $15 for the 5K and 10K. A Kids Dash covering approximately 50 meters is also available for children 10 and under. All finishers receive a race shirt and medal. The event includes aid stations on the course, post-race refreshments and cookies with milk at the race rally tent, and live awards. A DJ provides music and race announcements throughout the event. Group registration discounts are available, with larger discounts for bigger groups, and participants can receive a $20 refund by referring five others to register.
