Good Samaritan 5K Run 2026

The race.

The Good Samaritan 5K Run takes place October 24, 2026, in Greenville, NC, offering a 5K run/cross training option and a 1-mile run. The course begins at Uptown Greenville on Evans Street, proceeds toward Town Common and up 5th Street. Participants may complete a standard 5K or participate in the cross training version, which incorporates six guided exercise stations throughout the course with modifications available by fitness level. The race starts at 8 a.m., with registration from 6:45–7:45 a.m. at UBE's back parking lot. All finishers receive moisture-wicking race t-shirts; top overall finishers and age-group medalists receive medals and prizes. The post-race party runs 10 a.m.–noon. Proceeds benefit Hope of Glory Ministries, a community outreach organization serving families in Pitt County.
