About the race

The race.

The Gorham 4-Miler takes place on June 25, 2026, starting and finishing at Gorham Recreation Department, 4 Ball Park Road, Gorham, Maine. The 4-mile race welcomes walkers and offers awards in ten-year age categories from 14 & Under through 80 & Over, plus divisions for running clubs, corporate teams, and open teams with four or more members. Registration costs $26 for early bird pre-registration by September 17, $29 through April 1, $34 thereafter, and $39 on race day (5–6:55 p.m.). Finishers receive guaranteed shirts through May 26 and complimentary pizza. Proceeds benefit the Stephen Gordon Ward Memorial Scholarship, supporting post-secondary education for Gorham High School graduates. Overall winners receive $50 cash prizes.
