The race.

The Greenfields Tri/Aqua/Du/5K & Splash and Dash takes place on August 16, 2026, in West Deptford, NJ. Multiple race formats are offered: a triathlon with a 300-meter pool swim, 13-mile bike, and 5K run; a duathlon with a 2-mile run, 13-mile bike, and 5K run; an aquabike with a 300-meter swim and 13-mile bike; a super sprint with a 200-meter swim, 9-mile bike, and 2-mile run; a swim/run combining a 300-meter swim and 5K run; a standalone 5K run; and a kids' Splash and Dash with a 100-meter swim and 1-mile run. Check-in begins at 6:15 a.m. The event is USAT sanctioned and requires active membership. Finishers receive medals and free race photos. Awards are given in multiple divisions including overall, age groups, Clydesdale/Athena, and relay categories. Chip-timed race splits are provided.
