Griffin 5k 2026

The race.

The Griffin 5K takes place August 1, 2026, at Lake Mokoma in Laporte, PA. Participants run or walk 3.1 miles on a course combining pavement, gravel, and trail surfaces around the lake, with a water stop at the halfway point. Race day registration opens at 7:30 AM at Lake Mokoma Beach Parking Lot. Finishers receive refreshments, and the event features overall trophies and age-group medals (12 & Under through 60+) for top finishers. Pre-registration costs $25 ($20 for local students); day-of registration is $30. T-shirts are included with registration completed by July 7th.
