Guyandotte River Run 2026

The race.

The Guyandotte River Run takes place on April 4, 2026, in Hanover, WV, and offers three distances: a half marathon (13.1 miles), 10K (6.2 miles), and 5K (3.1 miles). The course follows a mostly flat paved rail trail and includes a historic railroad tunnel for the longer distances. All participants receive a custom tumbler, with orders due by March 13th. Post-race snacks and a community celebration are provided at the finish line. Professional race timing is supplied by AP Timing Group.
