Halloween Hustle 5K 2026

The race.

Halloween Hustle 5K takes place October 31, 2026, starting at 10 AM in Johnston City, Illinois. The 5K course begins and ends at Linemen's Lounge, covering East Broadway for the first mile, then continuing down Jefferson Avenue to the high school, looping around the Scout Cabin, and returning via the same route. Participants receive a custom T-shirt with event logo and sponsor information when registering by October 10; water and Gatorade stations are available along the marked course with volunteer support and finish-line timing. Halloween costumes are encouraged but optional, and a costume contest follows the race at Linemen's Lounge. Registration costs increase to $30 after October 10, and the venue provides parking and restrooms.
