HALLOWEEN HUSTLE 5K | 8K | FUN RUN 2026

The race.

The Halloween Hustle takes place on Saturday, October 24, 2026, in Harrison Township, Michigan, at Lake St. Clair Metropark's Thomas Welch Activity Center. Participants can choose from an 8K, 5K, or Fun Run (approximately 0.5 mile), with the Fun Run starting at 9:00 AM and the 5K and 8K starting at 9:30 AM. Early packet pickup is available Thursday, October 22, from 2:00–6:30 PM at Hanson's Running Shop; race-day pickup opens at 7:45 AM at the activity center. All finishers receive a fully sublimated long-sleeve tech shirt, glow-in-the-dark finisher medal, chip timing, and post-race refreshments. Age-group awards are given for males and females in nine divisions ranging from 0–12 through 80+. A costume contest features categories for most creative (divided by age), best crazy hair, and best group, with proceeds benefiting Maggie's Wigs for Kids.
