The race.

The Halloween Trick or Trot Run takes place on October 31, 2026, in Seattle, WA, offering 5K and 10K distances. Participants can choose from four wave start times beginning at 7:30 AM, with waves filling on a first-come, first-served basis. Finishers receive a technical t-shirt (shipped to their registered US address), finisher's medal, towel or giveaway item, digital training pack, and online certificate of completion. Timing is optional—runners may track their own time using apps like Strava or RunKeeper and submit results, or coordinators can assist. A virtual run option is available for those unable to attend in person. All ages and paces are welcome, with children permitted when accompanied by a guardian.
