The race.

The Hamilton Healthcare System Dove Run 5K takes place September 5, 2026, in downtown Hamilton, TX, starting on Bell Street. Two races are offered: a 5K beginning at 8:00 am ($25 entry) and a 1-mile Fun Run starting at 8:10 am ($15 entry). Race day registration opens at 6:45 am at 200 North Bell Street in front of El Jardin, with early packet pickup available Friday, September 4 from noon to 4 pm at Hamilton Wellness Center, 400 North Brown Street, Building III. Participants who register by August 21 receive a t-shirt. The 5K features nine age divisions ranging from 9 and under through 70 and over, with awards presented to division winners.
