The Hanging Man is a 50-mile multi-stage endurance event held in Danbury, NC on April 19, 2026. The event begins and ends at the Green Heron Ale House and includes a 30-mile bike segment, multiple running segments, and four 500-yard swim segments in various locations including Hanging Rock State Park, Moore's Knob Tower, and the Dan River. Participants navigate through the park's terrain, including ridge running, bluffs trails, and lakeside routes before returning to the finish at the Green Heron Ale House.
