The race.
Happy Steps is a 5K run/walk held on September 19, 2026, on the beach at Sullivan's Island, SC. The event benefits Camp Happy Days, a nonprofit supporting children affected by cancer, and coincides with Childhood Cancer Awareness Month. Participants of all ages and fitness levels can register individually or as teams. An afterparty follows at The Island Club, featuring food, drinks, music, games, and raffles. All participants receive their official race time, and top individual and team fundraisers earn special prizes. Participants may create personal fundraising pages to solicit donations.
