Hare Prix 10k 2026

The race.

The Hare Prix 10K takes place September 19, 2026, in Watkins Glen, NY, starting at 9 a.m. from the Schuyler County Courts lawn and finishing at Lucky Hare Brewing Bar & Grill. The 10K road course follows the original Grand Prix route, with an aid station near mile 2.9 offering water, electrolyte drink, and snacks. Runners must obey traffic signals, particularly at Franklin Street/NY-14, where crossing without stopped traffic is required; disqualification applies for illegal crossing. Registration opens at 7:30 a.m. with a 3-hour cutoff. Finishers receive a complimentary drink token, finisher awards for overall and age group placements, and entry into a raffle drawing at 11 a.m. A post-race party at Lucky Hare Marina includes live music and food/beverage for purchase.
