The Health is Wealth 5K by Panacea Holistic Institute takes place on June 28, 2026, at 5400 E Ocean Blvd in Long Beach, CA. Participants can choose between a 3.1-mile or 6.2-mile distance, with the 5K beginning at 8:00 AM. The flat coastal course welcomes walkers, joggers, and runners of all experience levels. Every participant receives a finisher medal, professional chip timing, free race photos, and access to the Wellness Expo featuring holistic health practitioners, yoga demonstrations, massage services, and community health organizations. Water stations are available along the course, and the event is dog and stroller friendly. An awards ceremony takes place at 9:00 AM with overall and age group categories.
