The race.
The Healthy Kids Running Series Fall 2026 Denver event runs September 13, 2026, in Denver, CO. This five-week program includes 1-mile races for 4th and 5th graders and 6th to 8th graders, with races held once weekly. Registration covers all five weeks and includes race bibs, a runner shirt, a finisher medal, and sponsor giveaways. A makeup date is scheduled for October 18, 2026. Single-day registration opens one hour before each race on-site and covers one race only; single-day participants do not receive series scoring or a shirt but may upgrade to the full series. All participants receive a medal in week five, and trophies are awarded to top finishers by division and gender. An adaptive Challenger Division offers a 75-yard race for children with disabilities or special needs.
