About the race
The race.
The Healthy Kids Running Series Fall 2026 in West Lafayette, IN on September 13 features age-grouped running events for children and high school students. Participants in 4th and 5th grade run 1 mile, 6th to 8th grade runners complete 1 mile, and high school runners compete in a 2-mile race. Series registration covers five weeks of competition and includes race bibs, a runner shirt, finisher medal, and sponsor giveaways. Single-day registration opens one hour before each race for individual events only. All participants receive a medal in week five, with trophies awarded to top finishers in each division by gender.
