Heart & Sole Half Marathon/10K/5K 2026

The race.

Heart & Sole Half Marathon/10K/5K takes place September 26, 2026, in Jonesboro, AR, starting and finishing at NEA Baptist Hospital. Three USTAF-certified distances are offered: a half marathon (3.5-hour time limit, 16 minutes/mile pace), 10K, and 5K with separate running and walking categories. The half marathon begins at 7:00 a.m., the 10K at 7:15 a.m., and the 5K at 8:00 a.m. Half marathon and 10K finishers receive medals; 5K participants do not. Cash prizes are awarded to top three male and female finishers in each distance. T-shirts are provided to those registered by September 11, and a brunch begins at 8:30 a.m. The course features rolling hills and flat sections with water, Powerade, and food stations throughout.
