Helping Hand Run & Jam III is a 5K race on October 10, 2026, in Indianola, Iowa, benefiting Helping Hand food pantry to address food insecurity in Warren County. Registration accepts five non-perishable food items, three clothing items, or a $10 payment. Check-in runs from 11 a.m. to 11:50 a.m. behind Outside Scoop and next to Medicap. The down-and-back course follows the paved Summerset Trail. Water, snacks, and free popsicles are provided at the finish. T-shirts are available for those who register by September 23 at 4:30 p.m. Parking is available on streets or in the Wells Fargo back lot.
