Henry Ford Race to Health 2026

The race.

The Henry Ford Race to Health takes place September 13, 2026, at Cascades Park in Jackson, Michigan. The event offers a 5K run starting at 8:00 am, a 5K walk at 8:05 am, and a kids fun run for ages 3–12 at 9:00 am. Additionally, a four-person relay team option is available, with each member running half a mile. All 5K finishers receive medals, and kids fun run participants receive a t-shirt and medal. Registration costs $30 through August 31, $35 from September 1–12, and $45 on race day. T-shirts are guaranteed to registrants by August 28; limited sizes available thereafter. Packet pickup occurs Saturday, September 12, from 5:00–7:00 pm, or race morning starting at 7:00 am. Prize money awards top overall and master winners, with medals for top three finishers in each age group. Proceeds benefit Henry Ford Health community wellness programs.
