Highs & Lows Tour 2026

The race.

The Highs & Lows Tour takes place on August 8, 2026, in Plymouth, New Hampshire. This one-day cycling event offers multiple route options: 100-mile and 104-mile road routes, 65-mile and 66-mile mixed-surface gravel routes, 43-mile and 40-mile road routes, and 25-mile and 26-mile road routes. All rides begin and end at Plymouth Regional High School. Road routes explore the Baker River Valley and Connecticut River Valley, while gravel routes feature backroads, covered bridges, and roads like Perch Pond Road and Sandwich Notch. Mountain biking options include beginner-friendly loops at Plymouth Regional High School and advanced loops at Holderness School. All road and mixed-surface routes include SAG support and rest stops with hydration and nutrition; the mountain bike event features a central supported rest stop. A community celebration with games, music, and entertainment follows the rides.
