Welcome to the Inaugural Himalayan Samarpan Meditation 5K Run!

Join us for an unforgettable morning of movement, celebration, and community at beautiful Thompson Park in Monroe Township, New Jersey .

Whether you are an experienced runner chasing a personal best, a first-time participant, a walker enjoying the outdoors, or a family looking to create meaningful memories together, this event is for you.

The Himalayan Samarpan Meditation 5K Run is more than just a race. It is a community celebration designed to bring people together through fitness, joy, and connection.

Proceeds from this event will benefit the One World One Family Center for Inner Peace , a future place of meditation dedicated to inner peace, wellness, reflection, and community.

Envisioned as a welcoming space open to all, the center aims to serve individuals and families through programs that foster personal growth, connection, and well-being.
