Hopson Trail Runs - Give Cancer The Bird 2026

The race.

The sixth annual Hopson Trail Runs on October 18, 2026, in Honeoye, NY offers a 5K and a 9K distance on trail courses through WoodsEdge Retreat and Sandy Bottom Park. Both distances are timed by Robinhood Racing with a post-race celebration at Birdhouse Brewery featuring live music and a complimentary pint of beer. Race proceeds benefit Embrace Your Sisters, which supports people with breast cancer through financial assistance and education. All finishers receive a custom-designed medal, and early registrants receive a finisher shirt (guaranteed through September 24) and an insulated grocery tote while supplies last. Awards include custom medals for first-place overall and masters (40+) finishers in each distance, plus a "middle of the flock" award for the 5K. Complimentary donuts are provided post-race.
