The HOT SPRINGS H2GORUN! takes place on October 3, 2026, at Garvan Gardens in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas. Participants can run or walk the 2-mile course on a gravel trail. Registration closes September 20 to guarantee t-shirt size, though race-day registration is available. Finishers receive a t-shirt and age-group medals; overall awards go to the top three male and female runners. Proceeds benefit Alzheimer's Arkansas.
