The race.
IC Tri for the Y is an indoor sprint triathlon held at the Ithaca Y on November 8, 2026. Participants complete a 10-minute swim in a 25-yard pool, 20-minute stationary bike session, and 10-minute treadmill run, with transitions between disciplines. The event welcomes athletes age 8 and up, with swimmers under 12 required to pass a swim test beforehand.
