Ice Cream Run takes place on August 16, 2026, in Redlands, California. Participants run 5 miles while carrying a sealed bag containing milk, heavy cream, and flavoring nested inside an ice-and-salt bag worn in their running vest. The motion during the run churns the mixture into homemade ice cream. Runners must bring their own running vest, running shoes, and water.
