Irvine/Orange County Turkey Trot 5K & 1 Mile 2026

The race.

The Irvine/Orange County Turkey Trot takes place on Thanksgiving Day, November 26, 2026, at Irvine Valley College in Irvine, California. Race options include a 1-mile fun run (7:30 a.m. start), a 5K (8:00 a.m. start), and a Turkey Feast Combo pairing both distances back-to-back. Kids' races begin at 9:15 a.m. with distances ranging from 50 yards to a half-mile, organized by age group. All finishers receive a custom cast medal, event shirt, pumpkin pie, and race bib; the 5K is chip-timed. Division awards go to the top three male and female finishers in each five-year age span (10 & under through 80 & over), with trophies for overall top three male and female finishers. A holiday expo is included.
