Jack-O-Lantern 5K & 10K 2026

The race.

The Jack-O-Lantern 5K & 10K takes place September 26, 2026, in Quakertown, PA, with both races starting at 8 a.m. on the Upper Bucks Rail Trail. Participants may choose to run the 5K or 10K, with courses on packed gravel trail and paved park surfaces heading toward Veterans Park. Entry fees range from free for children under 10 to $35–$45 for adults depending on registration date, with reduced pricing for ages 10–19. An optional Pumpkin Challenge ($7 additional) allows runners to carry a 2–5 lb. pumpkin through the race for a prize. Race awards include overall winners, masters categories, and top finishers in age groups. All runners receive a race shirt; pumpkin challengers receive an additional finisher prize. Packet pickup occurs Friday, September 25, from 5–7 p.m. and Saturday from 6:30–7:50 a.m. at the Richland Township Fire & Rescue building. Post-race food and indoor restrooms are provided. Proceeds benefit the Richland Township Fire & Rescue.
