The race.
The Jingle 5K takes place on December 13, 2026, in Washington, DC, featuring a single 5K distance on a flat course through downtown streets with views of the Tidal Basin and Potomac River. The start and finish are located on Ohio Drive SW at 2912 Independence Ave SW, adjacent to the West Potomac Park softball fields. Participants are encouraged to wear festive costumes, with prizes for the best overall costume ($100 gift card to Pacers) and best team costume ($150 gift card). The five runners-up in the costume contest receive various novelty prizes.
