The race.

The Kenzie Rose Youth Triathlon takes place on August 8, 2026, in Severna Park, MD, for competitors ages 5-15. This USAT-sanctioned timed event features four distance options: 4, 5, 6, and 7 miles. The swim portion occurs at St. Andrews Swim & Tennis Club, while the bike and run courses use trails at Kinder Farm Park adjacent to the swim venue. Participants must compete in the age category corresponding to their age as of December 31, 2026. All proceeds benefit The Mackenzie Rose Foundation, which supports families with children undergoing treatment at Children's National Medical Center's pediatric oncology unit.
