King George Fall Festival 5K, 1 Mile, and Tot Trot 2026

Description

The 2026 King George Fall Festival Race/Run/Walk will be held for the 6th year on the Dahlgren Railroad Heritage Trail . This event offers an untimed out-and-back race from the Bloomsbury Road trailhead of the Dahlgren Railroad Heritage Trail. For those with a competitive streak, a LED clock will be set up at the finish line. Aid stations with hydration and first aid will be located at the start/finish and at Lambs Creek for the 5K race. This is a fun family event for all ages! Jogging strollers are allowed and no charge for children being pushed! A photo shoot area with straw and pumpkins will be setup for pictures!

Awards

All race finishers will be awarded a draw string pack back with goodies and a finisher's medal. The race will also offer a selection of beverages to rehydrate and relax after the race! We'll have coolers of water, Gatorade, apple cider, and other delicious drinks available.

All Runners that plan on going to the Fall Festival after the race will be automatically placed in a raffle for a chance to win food truck coupons!

In addition, we will offer $10 food truck coupons redeemable at the King George Fall Festival + medals for the following categories:

5K - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place Male and Female finishers 1 Mile - 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place Male and Female finishers 3 - $10 coupons will be raffled off before the start of the race!
