About the race.

The Kishwauketoe 5K Cross Country Run takes place on July 4, 2026, in Williams Bay, Wisconsin, starting at the Kishwauketoe Nature Conservancy entrance on Elkhorn Road. The 5K course follows grass trails through hills, woods, and prairie, with a water stop along the route; the race begins at 8:30 AM. A separate 1/4 mile walk/run for children 10 and under starts at 8:00 AM. Bib pickup begins at 7:30 AM on race morning. Awards are given to the top three finishers in each age category. Parking is available at the Lions' Fieldhouse lot across the street, with restrooms at the fieldhouse and a portable restroom near the entrance. Online registration remains available on race day if space allows but must be completed before arriving on site; no paper registration is accepted.
