Labor Day Triple 2026

The race.

The Labor Day Triple takes place September 5–7, 2026, at Cady Way Park in Winter Park, Florida. Participants can choose from five distances: a 50K, marathon (26.2 miles), half marathon (13.1 miles), 10K (6.2 miles), and 5K (3.1 miles), with one distance offered each day. The marathon and 50K start at 5:00 a.m., the half marathon at 5:10 a.m., and the 5K and 10K at 6:00 a.m., with a 9-hour time limit. Courses use lap design on a flat, paved trail and are hand-timed rather than chip-timed; runners receive a finisher's medal and published finish time. The aid station offers water, Gatorade, soda, and snacks, with participants required to bring their own hydration vessel. Early-morning runners should bring lights.
