The Lacing Up for Cancer Care 5K & 1 Mile Run/Walk is moving to downtown Statesville! Join walkers and runners of all ages for a meaningful morning that supports cancer patients in our community.

This event is proudly sponsored by Iredell Health System, with 100% of race proceeds benefiting the Iredell Health Foundation Cancer Care & Patient Support Fund. This fund provides critical financial assistance to patients as they navigate their cancer journey.

5K Run/Walk 1 Mile Run/Walk Perfect for walkers or runners of all experience levels

Stroller friendly No dogs allowed

Registration opens June 1, 2026

5K Registration: $35 (race day $45 )

1 Mile Registration: $25 (race day $35)

1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers for Male and Female in each age group:
