Lake Casitas Short Course Championships (Middle School Racer Sign Ups ONLY) 2026

The race.

The Lake Casitas Short Course Championships middle school race takes place on October 30, 2026, at Lake Casitas in Ventura, CA. The 1.9-mile race begins at 4:15 p.m. on the Lake Casitas Cross Country Course. Top 30 finishers in each gender receive medals. The $5 entry fee covers chip timing. Custom t-shirts and a snack bar are available for purchase. Water stations are provided on the course, and parents may also give water to runners during the race. Parking is $10 per vehicle at the park entrance. The race requires a minimum of 40 registrations by October 27 to proceed.
