The race.

Last Herron Standing is a backyard ultra held in Kalispell, Montana on August 1, 2026. Runners complete a 4.167-mile loop each hour, continuing until one participant remains. A 3K option is also available. Solo registration costs $100 early or $125 late. Teams of 2–4 participants may enter at $50 per person early or $70 late; larger non-competitive "Fun Run" teams are permitted. The competition runs up to 24 hours maximum, with the fastest team declared the winner if multiple teams finish.
