LeaLea Charity Run 5K 2026

The race.

The LeaLea Charity Run 5K takes place on October 11, 2026, at Magic Island/Ala Moana Beach Park in Honolulu, Hawaii. Participants aged 7 and older run a 5K course that loops around Ala Moana Beach Park. Registration fees range from $30 (early bird through July 15) to $50 (day of event), with reduced rates for students under 21. All entry fees benefit the Waikiki Aquarium's renovation of its "Edge of the Reef" exhibit. The race starts at 7:00 a.m., with packet pickup available October 9–10 at the HIS Ala Moana Store or race morning from 6:00 a.m. Finishers receive refreshments, and awards go to the top three male and female overall competitors plus top three finishers in 10-year age groups from ages 10 to 80. A voluntary beach cleanup follows the race.
