Legends Spooky Trail Race 2026

The race.

The Legends Spooky Trail Race takes place on October 25, 2026, at 3 p.m. at Rudy Mines near Owensboro, Kentucky, on the Ben Hawes Trail System. Two race distances are offered: a 3.72-mile option and a 3.1-mile option. The course features a two-loop design using the Green, Red, and Yellow trails with rolling hills, switchbacks, climbs, and descents over mostly dirt and packed terrain with some rooty and rocky sections. The race starts at the open field at the red trailhead to the left of the parking lot. Staff and markers are positioned throughout the course for navigation.
