The race.
The Lima YMCA Kewpee Triathlon & Duathlon takes place August 2, 2026, in Lima, Ohio, featuring triathlon and duathlon options plus relay divisions. The triathlon includes a 500-yard swim in Lima Lake Reservoir (loop course), a 15-mile bike ride on rolling country roads, and a 5K run on the river walk. The duathlon consists of a 2-mile run, 15-mile bike, and 5K run, with a 1K kids run also available. Transitions occur in a paved parking lot with nearby restrooms. Participants receive fruit and water during the event, with pizza and post-race activities provided.
