The Littlefoot Triathlon in Coeur d'Alene offers two distance options for young athletes. The short course includes a 100-meter swim in the Spokane River, a 3-kilometer bike segment, and a 1-kilometer run. The long course features a 200-meter swim, 4.5-kilometer bike, and 2-kilometer run. Swimmers may touch the shore during the swim portion and are permitted to use flotation devices.
